CRIMZN – PIRATES OF THE LYRICISM (2017)

Pirates of the Lyricism is a hard-hitting underground hip-hop project that brings together raw lyricism, rebellious energy, political commentary, and uncompromising boom-bap production. CRIMZN combines the aggression of his hardcore and punk roots with his passion for authentic hip-hop, delivering a record built on lyrical dominance and defiance.

Featuring legendary underground and established hip-hop artists including Chino XL, Planet Asia, Copywrite, Pacewon, and Danny Diablo, the album showcases a powerful lineup of lyricists united by their refusal to follow commercial trends.

From the politically charged “Democracy Delinquency” and “Civilization in Ruins” to the rebellious spirit of “Take the Chains Off” and “Kick Us While We're Down,” the project challenges authority, confronts societal dysfunction, and celebrates independent thinking. Tracks like “I'm a Problem,” “Psychosocially,” and “Two Dope MCs” bring the focus back to razor-sharp bars, aggressive delivery, and the competitive spirit of real hip-hop.

Born from CRIMZN's experiences with adversity, survival, and the underground music scene, Pirates of the Lyricism is a declaration of independence from an industry built on conformity.

No industry rules. No surrender. Just raw lyricism and rebellion.
